Life is a journey and takes us down many paths.  Individual counseling can assist you in breaking through the barriers that make you feel stuck.  This is an excellent process to increase your self-esteem, confidence, and self- image.  Individual counseling is designed to help you better understand and take control of life’s daily demands.

An individual counseling session is a safe environment to talk about how you can overcome life’s overwhelming issues.  I will collaborate with you and help facilitate the changes you want to make to improve your life.  The first step begins with you!

 

 

Together we will create a life plan specific to your needs and address issues such as:

  • Anxiety/Panic

  • Life’s goals
  • Emotional well being
  • Addiction
  • Eating Disorders
  • Pre/Post Bariatric Surgery

  • ADD/ADHD

An average session is 1 hour in length and will be the most powerful hour of your life!
