Groups are a highly effective and powerful way to help you overcome a number of issues.  Within the group you will grow by the experiences you have had and others have had.  With the skill and expertise of the therapist the group is able to support and gently challenge each in order to make changes in thoughts and behaviors.  This process can be very exciting and rewarding when the group comes together in a compassionate and helpful way.  Your relationship with yourself and others will improve through the group.

Every group is different with a theme/topic.  Some themes/topics are:

·       Depression

·       Anxiety

·       Eating disorders

·       Women’s issues

·       Confidence

·       Self-image/Self esteem

·       Co-dependency issues

·       Grief/loss

  • Bariatric/Weight Loss
  • Addiction

Groups are between 1 1/2 – 2 hours in length and last any where between 12 week sessions- 52 sessions depending on the theme/topic.  Group therapy is a great way to learn, reflect, and grow.
